Three layers, three colors, three brushes and a whole lot of smudging.

This is my first piece since my move away from home and starting my new job. I don't really have a table to use so I've been drawing on my air mattress, which doesn't really give an even surface lol ^_^. I'm already a little out of practice and having a hard time sketching anything 'cause the bed keeps moving lol.

Anyway, this is another "stress piece." Three weeks into my job and there are things that I like and things that I'm learning to like, so I've been coping with many hours of video gaming, drinking, and now drawing.

I drew the girl on one layer with one brush type and lots of smearing. The black and white dandelion-ball-looking thingy is on another layer, while the pink (which I dubbed as white zinfandel) is on the last layer. Somehow, things fell poetically into place as this is my third week here with everything in threes. I can't say that this is my favorite piece, but it's my best practice piece and it didn't turn out too badly.
